ICRC Easter Stamp Class

These are the projects we will be making at the Easter Stamp Class. The top one is a gable box , great for filling with Easter eggs and goodies, in the middle is a joy fold card, and a punch art bunny card with a pull treat cup. 
All materials needed for the class will be supplied. 
All welcome! 
So come along for some paper crafting and stamping fun in a social environment at the Inglewood community resource centre.
Lucky door prize up for grabs and a give away drawn every half hour.

Bliss Birthday Card

I made this card for my cousins birthday on Saturday using the sale a bration set Bliss and well scripted, both of which will unable to order after the 31st March, so if you want these please order before then. I'm hoping that the well scripted set will carry over into the new catalog, fingers crossed.Would love bliss to also but sale a bration sets i'm told usually don't.boo hoo :( Just love it.

Easter Gifts



Here are a few quick Easter gift ideas, the first one is just a scallop circle with ends stuck together and the other is made using the pillow box die.

Supplies Used
  • Big shot dies-pillow box, scallop cirlce
  • Stamps-the nicest things,teeny tiny sentiments
  • cardstock- old olive, pumpkin pie, whisper white
  • punches- scallop circle, 1 3/8" circle
  • Ink- staz on jet black
  • markers- peach parfait, pear pizzazz
  • 1/4" grosgrain ribbon old olive
  • DSP pumpkin pie

Happy Easter card vintage style

So as you can see I'm on  a roll with the Easter cards atm 3rd post in one day, well good news more to come, have been a bit behind posting. I've used my new fav set again, and having ago at "vintage", I've used my distressing tool to ruff up the edges, can't see them too well in pic and sponged some white taffeta ribbon with crumb cake to give it the aged look, turned out really nice and i saw a technique (click here) where you turn regular ribbon into scrunchy ribbon very cool! TFL

Easter Workshop Projects

These are 2 of the projects that we will be making at my next workshop,(16th March 2011 at the Inglewood RSL hall 7pm, for more info click upcoming events tab) the stamp set is called Easter blossoms and is in the mini catalog which ends 31st March, so if anyone wants to get their hands on this set you need to put in your order before the 31st.

Forest friends birthday card


Here is the card that i made for my eldest daughter's birthday on Monday, hard to believe that she's now 10!! time sure is flying, before i know it she'll be a teenager(not looking forward to that ekk!) Any way she is a bunny girl as we have 3 pet rabbits, Flopsy, Mopsy ( who is not very well at all atm, been to vet this week & still not sure whats up, poor darling) & cottontail. No peter though,lol.

Elements Of Style Card Case

Loving my new stamp set "Elements of style"  that i got last week and the whole vintage look.It will be getting a good work out.  I cased (copy and share everything or copy and steal everything!! lol, got a good laugh out of this today over on stampin connection) this card by Nerida (Stampin connection) but slightly changed it, colours are all the same though.

Bliss post it note holders

Morning Cup Coffee Wallet





 While YouTube surfing recently  i found a tutorial for a top note wallet, (click here to watch it), anyway i thought it was awesome and had to have a go.I changed it up a bit and used the morning coffee stamp set      ( love it!!)  and thought that the size would be perfect to hold a coffee bag and it was. I altered the insert to allow for the bag, the measurements are 7" x 3 1/2" scored at 3, 31/2 & 4" fold looks like a W.

I made these cards last week with the morning cup stamp set, i really like the retro look you get with using the spotted dsp, (reminds me of the Harvey Norman kitchen add,lol) These cards are 3.5" x 3.5" and fit nicely in a 4" x 4" envelope, i used the Enveloper pro (non stampin' Up)and made my own, then rounded the corners and stamped an image on the back to tie in with the card.

  • choc chip ink pad & cardstock
  • markers-so saffron,old olive,ridding hood red

  • 1/4" grosgrain ribbon-old olive, apricot appeal(nla)
